- • 2-year extended onsite warranty (in addition to standard warranty) for all laptops and monitors
- • Warranty registration before delivery with proof of registration required
- • Delivery of specified laptop models (Acer TravelMate Spin P4, MacBook Air M4, Acer TravelMate P2) or equivalents
- • Supply of carry backpacks (black) with laptops
- • Supply of specified monitor model (Dell S2425HS) or equivalent
Tender description
The Free State Legislature seeks quotations from qualified service providers for the supply and delivery of laptops, screens and bags for executive and administrative staff. Free State Legislature is a key institution of provincial governance, constitutionally mandated to perform legislative, oversight, and public-participation functions. To execute these responsibilities effectively, the Legislature is required to ensure that all personnel possess the necessary tools of trade that are reliable and up to date to ensure that they execute their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
