- • Proof of Ownership
- • Certificate to Commence Business
- • Certificate of Change of Name or CK2 (if applicable)
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed (if applicable)
- • Oath of Secrecy form fully completed by all personnel
- • List of minimum sufficient personnel with full names, positions, ID copies (SAPS-certified), home addresses, intended work areas
- • Service provider personnel vetting by Parliament Protection Services
- • Declaration of Interest
