- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed (if applicable)
- • Security clearance for all personnel working on site
- • Full list of personnel with identification documents certified by SAPS
- • Oath of Secrecy form completed by all personnel
- • Compliance with NIA Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS)
- • Confidentiality compliance with Protection of Personal Information Act 2013
- • No conflict of interest declarations (MPs, state employees, etc.)
- • HDI/RDP supporting documentation if claiming preference points (ID/CSD Report, Medical Certificate, Annual Turnover as applicable)
