- • Proof of Ownership
- • Certificate to Commence Business
- • Security clearance for all personnel working on Parliament premises
- • Submission of full personnel list with ID documents (certified copies) for security vetting by SAPS
- • Completed Declaration of Interest (Annexure F)
- • Completed Bid Declaration (Annexure G)
- • Declaration of Bidders past procurement practices (Annexure H)
- • Oath of Secrecy form completion for all personnel
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement if applicable
- • Completion of ALL bid documentation with Commissioner of Oath signatures
- • Personnel certification that identified staff will be assigned to Parliament
