- • Proof of Registration, Certificate of Incorporation or CK1
- • Proof of Ownership
- • Certificate to Commence Business
- • Certificate of Change of Name or CK2 (if applicable)
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed (if applicable)
- • Security clearance for all personnel to be assigned
- • Personnel list with full names, positions, ID documents (SAPS-certified copies), and home addresses
- • Oath of Secrecy completion for all personnel
- • Declaration of Interest (Annexure F)
- • Bid Declaration (Annexure G)
- • Declaration of Bidders past procurement practices (Annexure H)
- • HDI/RDP supporting documents if claiming preference points (ID documents, CSD reports, medical certificates, annual turnover statements, manufacturer declarations as applicable)
- • Sub-contractor documentation if intending to sub-contract
