- • CIDB registration (minimum Grade 4 EB or higher)
- • Tax Compliance PIN from SARS or CSD number
- • Completed WCBD1 form (Invitation to Bid)
- • Certificate of Authority (company resolution, partnership agreement, or JV authorization)
- • For Joint Ventures: combined grading must equal or exceed Grade 4 EB; each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • E-Tender Portal submission (no email submissions accepted)
- • Proof of authority to sign (e.g. company resolution)
- • Valid bid validity period of 120 working days from closing date
