Agricultural Research Council seeks to appoint a panel of up to 10 HVAC service providers per cluster for ad hoc repairs and maintenance services across multiple sites for 5 years; requires CIDB EB/ME Grade 1+, SARACCA membership, Wireman's license, tax PIN, CSD report, and 3+ completion certificates.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIDB EB or ME grade 1 and above
- • Minimum 3 contactable completion letters/certificates for HVAC repairs & maintenance from past 36 months
- • Certified copy of company registration documents (CK certificate for Close Corporations)
- • Complete and sign all Standard Bidding Documents (SBD Forms)
- • Proof of workshop/offices within 200km radius of service sites
- • Ability to provide 24/7 call-out service
- • Certificate of Compliance (COC) for electrical work per Regulation 7(1) Electrical Installation Regulations 2009
- • Risk assessment submission prior to work commencement
- • Guarantee/warranty supported by confirmatory letter
- • Safety file (SF) per ARC checklist prior to work commencement
