- • Compliance with National Treasury General Conditions of Contract
- • Good financial standing (no negative credit listings)
- • Good legal standing (no current/pending legal actions with PURCO SA or Members)
- • Bidder must remain tax compliant for entire contract term
- • Proposal validity period of 180 days minimum
- • Due diligence vetting process for shortlisted bidders
- • Sub-contracting limited to 25% of contract value to equal/higher B-BBEE status or EME
