- • Attendance at compulsory physical information session on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 pm (ARC-VIMP Campus, Roodeplaat, Pretoria)
- • All SBD (Standard Bidding Documents) must be completed and signed
- • Bid submission via PURCO SA electronic platform only
- • Tender document purchase fee: R1,150.00 (VAT included)
- • 2% service fee payable to PURCO SA on total invoice value
- • Monthly sales report submission to PURCO SA by 10th working day of each month
- • Compliance with General Conditions of Contract as prescribed by National Treasury
- • Professional liability acceptance for services rendered
- • Completion of work within three (3) months from date of Bid award unless otherwise agreed
- • No late arrivals permitted at information session (15-minute threshold enforced)
