- • Evidence of experience in sweet potato vine multiplication
- • Farm/production area information (GPS coordinates, field size, irrigation, equipment, pest management)
- • Reference letters from sweet potato value chain participation
- • Project plan demonstrating upscaling capacity, commercialization approach, evaluation provinces, and risk mitigation
- • SBD4 Bidder's Disclosure form
- • Commitment declarations (site visits, trial period, record-keeping)
