Catering Services for Leratong Child and Youth Care Centre, Free State Department

The bidder will provide catering and related services at Leratong Child and Youth Care Centre on behalf of the Free State Department of Social Development for a contract period of three (3) years. The service includes supply and delivery of meals according to attached nutrition menus. The bidder must provide all catering operations including meal preparation, serving, and related services as specified in the contract documentation. Pricing must be submitted as a firm price for the three-year period, with provisions for price escalation using a specified formula for non-firm elements (85% of price subject to escalation via index adjustment; 15% remains firm). The bidder is responsible for all delivery costs to the prescribed destination.
