THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY: Failure to attend the meeting will automatically disqualify the bidder. After official start of the meeting by the chairperson, late arrivals will as a general rule not be allowed into the meeting. Bidders must complete and sign the meeting attendance register. Failure to complete and sign the attendance register will automatically disqualify the bid. Addenda may be issued to all whom collected bid documents. Bidders must be represented by a person who is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the scope of the good/services involved in this bid.
