Supply and Deliver Impact Hammer Verification Kit – SABS

Supply and deliver one Impact Hammer Verification Kit to the South African Bureau of Standards. The equipment must be a digital device powered by single-phase mains electricity (230V, 50Hz) with an energy measurement range of 0 to 2 Joules, capable of calibrating standard impact hammer values (0.1J, 0.2J, 0.35J, 0.7J, 1J, 2J). Accuracy must be ±0.05 Joules minimum. The digital display must show standard versus measured values, calculate and display average/standard deviation of multiple measurements automatically, and store/retrieve verification data post-test. The equipment is a spring-loaded rebound hammer apparatus used for non-destructive testing of concrete hardness and mechanical strength assessment of electrical products per standards IEC 60068-2-75. Supplier must be available during assembly and commissioning by SABS laboratory staff and must demonstrate all functionality against specifications. Deliverables include equipment manual, software, safety instructions, step-by-step setup training manual (soft or hard copy), product brochure, and calibration certificate from an ILAC-accredited laboratory (calibration must be conducted at country of origin, not in South Africa). Commissioning completion requires joint sign-off by SABS and supplier confirming all requirements met. Payment on delivery; no advance payment.
