Temporary Operational Support: Funding Application Data Processing for TIA (6 months)

The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) requires a service provider to deploy a team of practitioners for six months to support internal teams in processing funding applications. The work involves: reviewing and cleaning up funding application data; capturing complete and accurate information into TIA-approved systems and trackers; identifying and recording missing information and outstanding actions; organising electronic application files with supporting documentation and audit trails; expediting processing of long-outstanding and delayed applications; and progressing applications through internal approval workflows. The service provider must supply a data analytics/capture team (supervisors, data analysts, capturers) to work alongside TIA employees under TIA supervision. Additionally, the provider must maintain a database of technical experts available on short notice to provide ad hoc guidance across 12 specified innovation areas: health/biotechnology, commercial/market access, legal/IP, agriculture/agro-processing, energy, climate/water/environmental, advanced manufacturing, ICT/digital, mining/minerals, space/geospatial, ocean economy, and indigenous knowledge/bioeconomy technologies. Key deliverables include cleaned and verified application records, captured data on TIA systems, clear identification of missing information, organised electronic files, expedited processing of backlogs, weekly progress reports, monthly consolidated reports, and a final close-out report. The assignment is temporary operational capacity support, not high-level consulting or technical replacement. Work may extend beyond normal office hours when deadlines are tight. TIA will approve the inception report and project plan before commencement, including methodology, controls, and quality assurance processes.
