The South African Nursing Council requires appointment of a service provider to deliver security services at its premises (Cecilia Makiwane Building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria) for a five-year period. The service comprises: Day shift: 1 Grade B Unarmed Supervisor, 1 Grade C Armed guard, 5 Grade C Unarmed guards. Night shift: 1 Grade B Armed Supervisor, 1 Grade C Unarmed guard. Pricing must comply with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) rates. Bidders must quote monthly rates per guard and annual totals for each year (Years 1–5), plus overheads as a percentage of monthly costs and 15% VAT. Price adjustments are permitted at specified intervals. The service provider must maintain these staffing levels across both shifts throughout the contract period, with no scope described for CCTV, access control, or other ancillary services.
