CCTV and biometric access control maintenance service for South African Nursing Council (5 years)

The South African Nursing Council seeks a service provider to maintain and service closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance and biometric access control equipment over a five-year period at its Cecilia Makiwane Building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria. The scope includes preventative maintenance of 127 CCTV cameras and 40 biometric readers; call-out repair services (first two hours and travel included); replacement and supply of cameras, readers, network video recorders (NVR), magnetic locks, door closers, override switches, break-glass buttons, and biometric system software upgrades. The service provider must ensure biometric system integration with the organisation's employment systems for monthly reporting. Replacement equipment specified includes 4 MP Smart Hybrid Light ColorVu fixed dome and mini bullet network cameras; Hikvision AcuSense Series 32-channel NVRs with 4K HDMI output and 20 TB storage; Elock Maglock SP 300 kg magnetic locks; Dorma TS71 or equivalent door closers; and biometric readers matching existing capabilities. Once-off services include supplying and installing 106 fixed dome cameras, 19 mini bullet cameras, 4 NVRs, 10 biometric readers, 10 door closers, 15 break-glass buttons, 10 magnetic locks, and relocating 10 override switches. Pricing is non-firm with adjustment allowed at specified periods.
