Supply and Delivery of Formal Business Attire — Border Management Authority

Supply and once-off delivery of formal business attire comprising: 3 sets of slim-fit suits (black, dark brown, navy/grey, size 40R, 100% wool) with matching formal trousers (size 34 waist); 3 long-sleeve slim-fit shirts (white, black, blue/grey, 100% wool, size medium); 3 pairs of leather shoes (size 8, in black, brown/navy, and navy blue); and 3 ties (2 black designs, 1 blue). Supplier must provide samples for approval prior to delivery. Pricing is firm and fixed (inclusive of VAT at 15%), with all delivery costs included in the bid price. Offer valid for 120 days from closing date. Payment in South African Rands within 30 days of approved invoice receipt. Service provider must use South African citizens as employees (non-citizens require work permits or contract may be terminated). Bidder must be registered on Central Supplier Database or possess Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS.
