Panel of Three Service Providers for HP Laptops and Accessories Supply to SANC

The South African Nursing Council (SANC) seeks to appoint a panel of a maximum of three service providers for the supply of laptops and accessories on an as-and-when-required basis for a five-year period. The scope includes provision of HP laptops (three different models, each with three-year OEM warranty) and related accessories: enhanced optical wireless mice, laptop roller/trolley bags, laptop backpacks (14–16 inch), universal USB Type-C AC adapters and power cords, 1TB SSD external hard drives, wireless keyboards, and HDMI/VGA display adaptors. Pricing is on a per-unit basis for Year 1, with unit prices fixed for twelve months; price adjustments thereafter require written motivation, OEM/distributor evidence, and SANC written approval. All prices must be inclusive of delivery, OEM warranty, support, and applicable taxes. The offer must remain valid for 120 days from bid closing. Delivery is on demand (not firm quantities guaranteed). The panel arrangement allows SANC to call off goods as required over the five-year term. Bidders must supply detailed specifications for each laptop model in Tables 1–3 and accessories in Table 4.
