- • Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Must upload POPI Statement/Notice/Policy to PetroSA online registration
- • Must submit BBBEE improvement plan with quotation
- • Valid BBBEE certificate must be current (not expired)
- • If subcontracting >25% of work, subcontracting agreement or letter of intent required
- • If using sister company, full documentation of technical competency required
- • If joint venture, full details and signed undertaking agreement required
- • Must declare independent bid determination (SBD 9)
- • Must consent to due diligence checks on legal status, technical ability, creditworthiness, security clearance
- • Must submit technical questionnaire via eProcurement System
