- • CIPC company registration documents with all directors/shareholders listed and certified ID copies
- • Company profile
- • Tax compliant CSD report/tax PIN
- • General Conditions of Contract signed by authorized representative
- • Pricing schedule (Annexure A) completed in full
- • EME/QSE certificate from registered auditor or accredited verification agency if claiming EME/QSE status
- • Delivery turnaround time plan with letter of confirmation
- • All materials must comply with SABS standards as specified in scope of work
