- • General Conditions of Contract signed by authorized representative
- • Proposal highlighting expertise in latest ICT equipment provision
- • Clear delivery timeline commitment (4-12+ weeks)
- • 100% local content for trolley bags (SBD6.2, Annexure C, D, E)
- • EME/QSE certificate if claiming such status (from registered auditor, accounting officer, or accredited verification agency, or sworn affidavit)
- • Joint venture/consortium agreements if applicable (signed by both parties)
