About this tender
RFP for a Sage X3 ERP and Sage 300 People systems maintenance, technical support, licensing, and enhancements service provider for 36 months (extendable 24 months). Bidder must be a current Sage-certified Value-Added Reseller (VAR).

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Proof of current, valid Sage VAR/Business Partner certification issued directly by Sage OEM
- • Capability to provide Sage X3 (ERP) licensing for all specified modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, HR, Reporting)
- • Capability to provide Sage 300 People licensing for all specified modules (Payroll, Leave, People Self Service)
- • Provision of technical support and maintenance contract with defined SLA response/resolution times (P1: 15-30 min response, 4 hrs resolution; P2: 1 hr response, 8 hrs resolution; P3: 4 hrs response, 2-3 days resolution; P4: 1 day response, 5 days resolution)
- • Provision of 50 hours per month for system changes
- • Provision of 50 hours per month for system enhancements
- • Full disaster recovery planning and testing on quarterly basis
- • Information and cyber security support
- • Training delivery for all licensed modules
- • Active Directory (AD) integration capability
- • Migration capability between cloud hosting providers on request
- • Audit support and audit findings resolution assistance
- • Daily, weekly, and quarterly access management
- • Configuration, testing, and deployment to live environment
- • Completed Table 2 (Key Functional Areas Compliance Matrix) with YES/NO compliance declarations for all 12 general scope items and all finance, SCM, projects, and reporting module requirements

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER MAINTENANCE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, LICENSING, SYSTEM CHANGES, AND ENHANCEMENTS TO THE AGRISETA’S CURRENT SAGE X3 ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) AND SAGE 300 PEOPLE SYSTEMS FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF AGRISETA.
