- • Bachelor's degree in urban/Town and Regional Planning
- • Valid professional registration with SACPLAN (Planning Professions Act, Act 36 of 2002)
- • Submission of Land Use/Land Development Applications to organ of state with successful results within past 7 years
- • Schedule of contracts awarded by organ of state during past 7 years
- • Detailed project organogram with management structure and staff resources
- • CVs of proposed personnel with professional qualification certificates and registration
- • Methodology, Work Plan and Process documentation
- • Minimum 3 appointment letters and completion certificates from organs of state (not older than 7 years)
- • CVs and qualifications of key personnel (Environmentalist, Land Surveyor, Geo Technical specialist)
