- • Municipal account not older than three months or signed lease agreement or affidavit
- • Three annual financial statements if transaction value exceeds R10 million
- • All specified MBD forms completed and signed (Forms A-N)
- • No municipal rates/taxes in arrears for three months (or proof of payment arrangement)
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • Not in conflict of interest with municipality
- • Satisfactory performance history on previous contracts
- • Proof of accreditation if claiming to be accredited representative
