- • Proof of workshop operationality (lease agreement or rates statement in bidder/director name)
- • Company registration documents
- • Certified copy of ID documents of directors/owners/members/shareholders
- • Valid tax compliance certificate or PIN from SARS
- • MBD declarations (4, 6.1, 8, 9)
- • Foreign qualifications must be verified by SAQA if applicable
- • Not a state employee
