- • No Director, Manager, Principal, Shareholder or Stakeholder in service of the state
- • Not an advisor or consultant contracted with the municipality
- • Attendance at compulsory briefing session on 18 August 2026 at 12:00 (Civic Centre Auditorium)
- • Registration at attendance register as bidding entity (Joint Ventures must also register)
- • Site visit and clarification meeting attendance mandatory
- • Tender document must be purchased from municipality (non-refundable fee: R649.00 VAT inc.)
- • Sealed bid submission in designated tender box before 12:00 noon on 15 September 2026
- • Tenderer details and return address on back of sealed envelope
- • Implementation of successful Corporate Social Investment (CSI)
