- • Certified current account statement (water/electricity/rates/taxes) not older than 3 months or lease agreement
- • Certified copies of identity documents of directors and owners
- • SABS Approved Certificate
- • Proof of payment for bid document (R2000 non-refundable or R1500 electronic)
- • Appointment letters (0-5 letters for experience scoring)
- • Bank rating from financial institution
- • Delivery capacity documentation
- • MBD2 Tax Clearance Certificate form
- • MBD3.1 Pricing Schedule with firm prices
- • MBD4 Declaration of Interest
- • Tender must be submitted on original Municipality-provided documentation
- • All MBD forms must be fully completed
