What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (compliant with B-BBEE Practice Guide 01 of 2018)
- • Municipal rates and taxes statement (not older than 90 days, not in arrears more than 90 days)
- • MBD 4: Declaration of Interest (signed)
- • MBD 8: Declaration of Bidders past supply chain management practices (signed)
- • MBD 9: Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination (signed)
- • MBD 6.1: Preference points claim form
- • Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders
- • SMME/EME or QSE status: 51% or more black owned by Black People
- • Valves must be manufactured locally
- • Manufacturer datasheet attachment required
- • Johannesburg Water technical inspection during manufacturing (48 hours notice required)
- • Quotations must be on company letterhead in PDF format only
- • Brand names required where applicable
- • Full completion of Bill of Quantities/Specification
