- • Company registration number
- • Authorization for deduction of amounts owed to municipality (Schedule 8)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (Schedule 12)
- • Proof of partnership/VCSP status from Veeam
- • Letters of award from previous similar projects
- • 3 signed reference letters for similar projects
- • Director ID copies for women/youth/disabled/rural equity claims
- • Proof of residence or lease agreement for rural claims
- • Medical proof from registered doctor/physician for disabled claims
