- • Proof of SAGE accreditation from Sage South Africa
- • List of at least 3 contactable references (minimum 3 must be Sage VIP users)
- • Joint Venture Agreement or Consortium Agreement if applicable (signed and initialled on each page)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • Declaration of Interest
- • Conflict of Interest Declaration
- • Declaration of Past Supply Chain Management Practices
- • Occupational Health and Safety declaration
- • Resolution by Directors/Members or Certificate of Authority for partnerships/consortiums/joint ventures
