- • Proof of accreditation as Sage Pastel support services provider and trainer
- • Joint Venture Agreement or Consortium Agreement if applicable (signed and initialled)
- • Declaration for Procurement above R10 million
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • Occupational Health and Safety declaration
