- • Written appointment of Construction Supervisor(s)
- • Health and Safety Plan complying with CHSS
- • Mandatory Agreement with Client per OHS Act Section 37(2)
- • Medical examination and fitness certification for all employees
- • Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
- • Method Statements for work activities
- • Personal Protective Equipment provision
- • Health and Safety File on site
- • Induction and toolbox talk programme
- • First aid and fire-fighting trained personnel
- • Notification to provincial director if work involves excavation, height work, demolition, or explosives (minimum 7 days notice)
