- • Municipal Account Statement and/or electricity account (not older than 2 months)
- • CSD registration report or CSD registration number
- • Latest CSD reports of all parties (agent, landlord, JV partners)
- • Agent/entity relationship agreement with landlord (if applicable)
- • Building inspection conducted by Legal Aid SA within 5 working days of request
- • Approved building plan or structural integrity report or letter of undertaking (within 6 months of occupation)
- • Proposed floor plans including all alterations
- • Building Maintenance plan or letter of undertaking (before occupation)
- • Letter of undertaking for water backup/uninterrupted water supply (before occupation)
- • Aerial plan or Google Maps showing distances to public transport and magistrate court
- • Proof of accessibility to disabled persons
- • Evidence of functioning air-conditioners, electrical plugs, ablution facilities, fire escape routes
- • Parking bay documentation (minimum 8 bays within 500m-1km or on-site)
- • Safe and secure office environment zoning confirmation
- • Premises availability by 01 October 2026
