- • Valid CIDB Registration and Status at tender closing
- • Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN at tender closing
- • No arrears on municipal services; if in arrears, formal offset agreement must be in place
- • Tender validity 12 months after original expiry period
- • Hard copy submission to Municipal Building + electronic submission via JDE System
