- • Tenant Installation Allowance estimate
- • Water and electricity meter confirmation (separate, managed by municipality/Eskom)
- • Letter of undertaking for water back-up/uninterrupted supply before occupation
- • Building must not have rising damp or structural defects/cracks >5mm
- • Property must be within prescribed space parameters (268–337 m²)
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required to advance
- • Building accessibility features for disabled persons
- • Parking minimum 6 bays (secure, covered or lockable within 1km)
- • Air-conditioning, electrical plugs, ablution facilities, fire escape routes
- • Availability for occupation by 01 July 2027
- • Landlord willingness to undertake CIDB-compliant refurbishments
