- • Sample learner portfolio and guide (not older than 2 years)
- • Assessment guides and instruments
- • Appointment letters/purchase orders for similar work (not older than 3 years)
- • Evidence of learner enrollment per unit standard
- • Database of learners from SETA system
- • Statements of Results (SORS)
