- • VAT registration certificate (certified copy if applicable)
- • Company profile
- • Bank details letter (not older than 3 months)
- • Municipal rates and taxes proof or valid lease agreement
- • Letter from Tribal Authority or proof of residence
- • Joint Venture agreement (if applicable; sworn affidavit not acceptable)
- • Authorities of signatories
- • B-BBEE status level verification certificate or EME verification certificate
- • Previous work experience documentation (completion letters or purchase orders for at least 4 separate and distinct projects preferred)
- • Detailed CVs and supporting qualifications for minimum 3 proposed IT/ICT technical resources
- • Detailed company profile demonstrating ICT managed services capability
- • Minimum 3 qualified IT/ICT technical resources with minimum 3 years relevant experience and NQF 6/7 or higher qualification
- • Bid must remain valid for 90 days from closing date
