- • CV with relevant qualifications and training for key personnel
- • List and pictures of specialised equipment (chainsaws, woodchipper, climbing gear, rigging equipment, lowering devices, ropes, harnesses, transport vehicles)
- • Public Liability Insurance with minimum indemnity of R5 million
- • Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund (COIDA) for all employees
- • Site-specific Health and Safety Plan
- • Risk Assessment documentation
- • Original hard copy and electronic copy (USB/SD Card) of completed bid document
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
- • Latest Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate or municipal account copy for operational offices
- • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number
- • Business Registration Documents
- • Certified ID copies
