Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency seeks a land surveyor to survey eight properties within the N2 Wild Coast Biodiversity Offset Project and prepare proclamation diagrams for Surveyor General approval over 24 months.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Compulsory virtual briefing meeting attendance (27 July 2026)
- • Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance minimum R2 million
- • Written proof of guidance/consultation with Surveyor General (email acceptable)
- • Minimum 3 successfully completed land surveying and cadastral surveying projects in last 10 years
- • At least one project with approved Surveyor General proclamation diagrams for nature reserves/protected environments
- • At least one project with proclamation diagrams submitted to Surveyor General for nature reserves/protected environments
- • Team CV's, qualifications and professional registration documentation
- • Lead/Project Manager: 8 years land surveying experience post-SAGC registration
- • Team members: 6 years GIS/Geoinformatics experience post-SAGC registration
- • Contract/agreement with outsourced professionals
- • CSD report (full), Medical Certificate (if applicable), Proof of Address for specific goals evaluation
