What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Minimum one (1) duly signed reference letter for probity audit/review services performed within past 5 years
- • Project Leader: minimum 10 years experience managing audits (5 years in probity audit/reviews)
- • Core Team Manager: minimum 5 years experience in probity reviews
- • Core Team Member: minimum 3 years experience in probity reviews
- • Valid BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (EME/QSE)
- • Comprehensive CVs for three key personnel (Project Leader, Core Team Manager, Core Team Member)
- • Completed pricing schedule
- • SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 fully completed and signed
- • Conflict of interest declaration required
- • Team continuity guarantee with approval for replacements
