- • Audited financial statements for past 3 years if bid value exceeds R10 million (VAT inclusive)
- • Declaration in MBD 4 of related companies
- • Signature of MBD 5 if bid value exceeds R10 million
- • Certified copies not older than 6 months
- • JV agreement (if applicable)
- • All individual JV partners must submit all relevant documents
