- • Minimum 3 signed reference letters on clients' letterheads for anti-fraud hotline provision in past 5 years OR completed Form A with 3+ anti-fraud hotline projects in past 5 years
- • Comprehensive CVs for 3 core team members: Team Leader (3+ years fraud risk management/forensic investigation/ethics management), Senior Manager/Manager (3+ years fraud risk management/forensic investigation/ethics management), Key Accounts Manager (3+ years anti-fraud hotline call centre management)
- • Pricing Schedule with cost breakdown aligned to scope
- • Minimum 50 points out of 80 technical evaluation score required to progress to price evaluation
