What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Latest municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months) showing no arrears exceeding 3 months
- • Director's municipal rates statement
- • For leased properties: valid lease agreement
- • For non-rateable areas: confirmation from Municipality Finance Department
- • Audited financial statements for past 3 years if contract value ≥R10m (VAT inclusive)
- • Completed MBD forms 1-9 and Annexures A-F
- • MBD 4 declaration of related companies
- • MBD 5 signature if offer ≥R10m
- • Certified copies not older than 6 months
- • All alterations to prices/quotes must be signed
- • Bid document completed in black pen (not typed)
- • Comprehensive JV agreement where applicable with all partners compliant
- • Declaration of local production and content where applicable
