- • MBD forms 1-9 and Annexures A-F completed in full
- • Latest municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months) or valid lease agreement or municipality confirmation of non-liability
- • Municipal rates statement of director's properties
- • Audited financial statements for past three years if offer exceeds R10 million VAT inclusive
- • JV agreement (if applicable)
- • Certified copies not older than 6 months
- • Declaration of local production and content where applicable
- • Bid must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number (027/2025/26) and project name
