- • MBD forms 1-9 and Annexures A-F must be completed properly and in full
- • Declaration in MBD 4 of companies involved required
- • MBD 5 signature required for offers R10 million or exceeding
- • Audited financial statements for past three financial years required for offers R10 million or exceeding (VAT inclusive)
- • Latest municipal rates statement (not older than three months) required showing no arrears exceeding three months; lease agreement if on leased property; confirmation from Municipality Finance Department if in non-rated area; director's property municipal rates statement
- • All certified copies not older than six months
- • Comprehensive JV agreement where applicable
- • All individual JV partners must comply and submit all relevant documents
- • Bid document must be filled in black pen (not typed)
- • No use of erasing fluids
- • All alterations in prices/quotes must be signed
- • Total cost on pricing schedule must match bid price on front page
- • Local production and content declaration where applicable
- • Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with SCM Number and Project Name
- • Bids valid for 90 days
