- • Latest municipal rates statement (not older than three months) showing rates not in arrears for periods exceeding three months
- • Valid lease agreement (if operating on leased property) or confirmation from Municipality Finance Department (if in non-rated area)
- • Municipal rates statement of director's properties
- • Audited financial statements for past three financial years (if bid value exceeds R10 million inclusive of VAT)
- • Comprehensive JV agreement (where applicable)
- • Completed MBD 1 to MBD 9 forms and Annexures A to F
- • MBD 4 declaration of companies involved
- • MBD 5 signature (for offers R10 million or exceeding)
- • Certified copies not older than six months
- • All certified copies submitted not older than six months
- • Declaration of local production and content (where applicable)
