- • Financial capacity documentation with original bank stamp
- • Audited financial statements for past 3 financial years (bids above R10 million inclusive VAT)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD 4)
- • Declaration of Past Supply Chain Management Practices (MBD 8)
- • Preference Points Claim Form (MBD 6.1)
