What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Minimum 3 completed project reference letters from Public Sector (National/Provincial Government/Municipalities) within last 5 years for each specialisation service
- • Reference letters must meet minimum contract values: Print Media R20,000; Radio Media R20,000; Television Media R150,000; Digital Media R80,000; Outdoor Advertising R150,000; Media Buying R75,000; Content Production R75,000
- • Attendance at compulsory briefing session (18 August 2026, 10:00-11:00, registration 09:30-10:00) - non-attendance renders submission invalid
- • Valid Professional Body/Association registration proof - failure to submit results in disqualification
- • Valid ICASA License for Radio Media (Service 2) and Television Media (Service 3) bidders
- • Specialisation Schedule Declaration completion
- • Proof of good standing with municipal accounts
- • Authority for signatory documentation
- • Banking details
- • MBD 1, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 forms completed
