- • Current VAT registration certificate or rationale if not VAT registered
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice (not in arrears >90 days) or certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for all directors or certified lease/utility bill or affidavit
- • Audited annual financial statements or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation
- • Certified copies of SA ID documents or valid passports of members/directors/owners
