- • Valid CIDB registration with minimum grading of 2GB or higher
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit for EMEs/QSEs
- • Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund or licensed compensation insurer (COIDA Act)
- • Current/latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for office premises or certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for all directors or certified lease agreement or affidavit certified by SAPS
- • Current audited annual financial statements or most recent statements with PIS calculation
- • Proof of entity registration (CIPC) with directors/partners/members list and share certificates
- • Valid SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate
- • Certified copies of South African Identity Documents or Valid Passports of members/directors/owner
- • Certificate of Attendance at compulsory site visit
- • Detailed brochure(s) of services offered
- • Joint Venture Agreement if applicable with contribution percentages
- • Functionality, company experience, project implementation methodology, key personnel experience, project programme, quality assurance plan
